Standards aware .NET developer wanted
A few months ago I posted a job ad for a web developer at NetRelations. That position went to Anton Andreasson, who’s been sitting across the room from me and doing a great job since December 1st.
Well, we have several new projects coming up and need another web developer. This time we’re looking for somebody who knows the ins and outs of ASP.NET and SQL, and has an extensive knowledge of modern client side programming, i.e. web standards.
Does that description match you? Interested in working with me? Full details and application info is available in Webbutvecklare sökes. Please do not apply here.
Oh, and this is a full time position in Göteborg, Sweden. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Crap, I really wish I lived in Sweden.
Too bad you don't want another xhtml/css/javascript/designer-dude. I saw that old job ad too late and didn't have a chance to apply. But I'll keep my eyes open :)
it is really intresting, cause you want a fluent swedish, however, you write the article in english.
.Net Boy: That is because the main language of this site is English, and I doubt anyone who has the skills we're looking for will have a problem with the post being in English. Besides, the actual job description and application info is in Swedish :-).
This makes me wish I lived in Gothenburg right now, at least if I got the job. ;-)
Probably you won't have any problems to find the one you're looking for.
Good to see that you're hiring people with knowlegdge of web standards. Here in The Netherlands a lot of companies never heard of it.
BTW, I suppose you know that that Visual Studio 2005 gives you the ability to develop standards compliant websites (with previous versions, VS.NET 2002 and 2003, this was almost impossible). Add <xhtmlConformance mode="Strict" /> to the Web.config of your website.
Good luck!
Hey, if theres anyone who meets the requirements and is looking for work here in the states (more specifically Miami, FL - we'd be willing to fly in the right person to work here for a week or two), shoot me an email. I'll have some good work in the near future.
I guess it would help to leave an email addy, eh?

I would have been a strong candidate
Achieving first goal is easier than the second one, imho :)
Cheers from Turkey!
