More DWWS translations available

A few months ago, I announced the availability of a couple of translations of my article Developing With Web Standards. Since then, Bulgarian, Chinese, Dutch, and Italian translations have been added to the list.

If you know any web professionals who prefer reading documents in one of the available languages, please let them know about it. Web standards and accessibility are just as important to those who don’t speak (or read) English.
