Accessibility From The Ground Up
Accessibility From The Ground Up by Matt May is an accessibility primer for web designers. A great article which should be required reading for anyone not already aware of the basics of accessibility.
I second Matt’s opinion on light grey text on white, or other low-contrast colour schemes that are all too popular among bloggers. I have perfect eyesight and find myself squinting while trying to read some sites. Pretty? Maybe. Accessible? No.
