Time Pressure Fuels Creativity - I’ve always felt more creative when I have more time. If I’m under the shadow of a big deadline, I’ll typically ‘do it the way I always do’ rather than explore alternative or creative solutions.
Competition Beats Collaboration - This might work to a limited extent if you have ‘team competition’, but in individual competition, this article really hit the nail on the head
