Checkboxes vs. Radio Buttons
Jakob Nielsen offers some excellent advice on the use of checkboxes and radio buttons in his September 27 Alertbox, Checkboxes vs. Radio Buttons. This is something that many web designers really need to learn how to do correctly. Forms would be so much easier to use if everybody would follow the simple guidelines in this article.

I would also recomend this article over at Webstandards.org for better coding tips on forms etc.
Right. The markup at useit.com is not too hot.
