Ha ha. Oh, and at the bottom of the page, they ask Was this information helpful?. If you select “No”, the next question is Why?. The default option is Information is wrong. Lol.

Next question is What is the error?. Go on, let them know what is wrong.

  4. Yeah, its about time these big corps got their act together. I was at monster.com just now and when choosing the option to use their ‘live chat’ I was greeted by a warning which said “Sorry, this will not work in Netscape 6.0” - I was using Firefox0.9 They have all that money, and apparantly no sense.
