Back online

Before my vacation started, I told myself I needed to take a break from this site as well as from my daytime job. I was partly successful in that there have been no new “normal” posts, just Quicklinks. There were even whole days that went by without me checking my e-mail. Imagine that. I wasn’t able to stay away completely, but instead of writing new stuff I’ve been doing some maintenance on this site. I’ll go through and explain some of the changes I’ve made in a few upcoming posts, and share what I’ve learned. Anyway, it’s time to go back to work, which is not what I want most of all in the world right now, especially with the nice weather we’ve been having around here for the last couple of weeks. I’d much rather spend the last days of summer by my sister-in-almost-law’s pool than in a hot and stuffy office.

In the coming weeks I’m hoping to finish and post a couple of articles I’m working on (mostly still inside my head). By the way, if there’s anything special you’d like to see me write about here, I’m open to suggestions.

A suggestion? Really, from geek to geek… use the time you’d put into writing articles to enjoy the nice weather and so on… I love your site, it’s an invaluable source of inspiration and hints, but DO enjoy this summer while you can. Leave the geeky business for worse days (and nights).

  2. good job with the site, i’de like to see more articles related to career opportunity in web design and web technologies.
