24-timmarswebben 2.0 contains guidelines (in Swedish) for developing and designing websites for the Swedish public sector. It contains a lot of great information for anybody that develops or designs websites. Considering the barely existent knowledge of web standards and accessibility among web developers, it will be interesting to watch how the web business will evolve as more and more clients demand that these kinds of guidelines are followed.
