When you need arguments for adopting web standards, load Jeffrey Veen’s article The Business Value of Web Standards in your favourite web browser, print it out and give it to whomever is not getting it. (In my experience the people who don’t get web standards are often the same people who absolutely need to see things printed on paper to understand.)
