Image Replacement for IE5/Mac

As noted by Matt Haughey, IE5/Mac has problems with recent image replacement techniques (Image Replacement—No Span and A new image replacement technique) when applied to other block level elements than headings.

Luckily there is a workaround at sideshow.com.
