Usability problems

Adam Kalsey takes a look at some of the usability problems of the California State Fair site. I’ll add that on top of being hard to use, the whole site has a distinct mid 1990’s look and feel.

In an article at New Architect, Jesse James Garrett writes about making the case for user experience in a budget-conscious climate.
