Alternate stylee

I started working on an alternate stylesheet and implemented a stylesheet switcher (The one Paul Sowden describes in Making Alternate Style Sheets Work.) that seems to work fine. Right now the first alternate stylesheet isn’t a whole lot different than my standard one. Like I said, I just started working on it.
